During my time as a freelancer with Tandem Collective I worked as part of their social media team.
I spent 4 months as maternity cover for the Instagram and TikTok manager before going on to lead their TikTok team as the digital community manager.
As a digital community manager I was responsible for overseeing and developing the companies digital community.
This meant building relationships with content creators as well as managing and monitoring the companies TikTok page.
Over the two years I worked with Tandem Collective I built their global TikTok community to over 2000 creators, created a community hub where creators could connect with each other and successfully buily the brand hashtags linked below to a combined total of over 12 million views.
